The Peninsula HOA Board Meetings are generally held at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Philip S. Miller Library (100 S. Wilcox, Castle Rock, CO  80104).

Homeowners are welcome to attend meetings to discuss concerns and issues. Before attending a meeting please call Don Yowell, Community Association Manager at 303-660-3615 to confirm that there has not been a change in the meeting date, time or location.

Regarding CALENDAR items: This area is available to homeowners who wish to advise all residents of The Peninsula of a neighborhood get-together. This would be such things as a Peninsula 4th of July Party or a Halloween Haunted House just for residents. These types of events should be brought before the board first. This area is not for invitations for home-based businesses or for soliciting residents of The Peninsula in any way.
