Five homeowners residing in the Peninsula at Plum Creek make up the Board of the Home Owners Association.  Board members serve voluntarily for a term of 1 or 2 years.  If a board position is vacant a formal election will be held during the annual homeowners forum, which is held in November.

While board members may be called directly, John O’Connor is most familiar with our CC&R’s, the developers and city. He is the best first source of information.
